1) Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) The App

Perfect Pitch Challenge takes you on a musical journey where you can sharpen pitch recognition skills. The App includes gameplay modes such as sound-based play and a tap-and-hold runner mode, and may use microphone input for gameplay.

3) Purchases, Subscriptions, and “No Ads”

The App may offer in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase.

No Ads Clarification

• “No Ads” removes interstitial and banner ads.
• Rewarded ads remain optional and will only be shown if you choose to watch them for an in-game reward.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can use the in-app Restore Purchase option to restore eligible purchases.

Prices and available products may vary by region and are shown inside the App at time of purchase.

4) License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

5) Prohibited Conduct

• Do not reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract source code unless permitted by law.
• Do not abuse the App, interfere with servers/services, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use the App for illegal activities.

6) Intellectual Property

The App and all related content (artwork, audio, code, branding) are owned by [DEVELOPER / COMPANY NAME] or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

7) Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [DEVELOPER / COMPANY NAME] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
